In triangle ABC, AB = 2√3 − 1, BC = √3 + 2 and ∠ABC = 90°.
a) Find the exact area of triangle ABC in its simplest form.
b) Show that AC = 2√5.
c) Show that tan(∠ACB) = 5√3 − 8.

a. 2+3√3

solution -- solve question A by area of right angle triangle =1/2 ×base×height

=1/2. (√3+2) . (2√3-1 )

=6-√3+4√3-2/2

=4+3√3/2

= 2+3√2
