Solution:
AB = AC = 9
BC = 14
its an isosceles triangle
=> AD ⊥ BC then D is mid point
=> BD = BC/2 = 14/2 = 7 cm
AD² = AB² - BD²
=> AD² = 14² - 9²
=> AD² = 196 - 81
=> AD² = 115
=> AD = √115
Tan B = AD/BD
=> Tan B = √115 / 7 = 1.53
