given that two sides of triangle is equal and equals to x .
 then h of triangle =   √(X²-(10\2)²)=√x²-25
  now area of triangle = 1\2 ×h ×b =60
                      or             1\2×10×√x²-25 =60
                          or          5 √x²-25 =60
                         or            √x²-25 = 12
  squaring  both sides we get
                                          x²-25=144
                     or                   x²=169
                         or               x =13 ans.
