Answer:

Given, AB=24, BC=10, AC=26

Here AB

2

=576,BC

2

=100,AC

2

=676

So,

AC

2

=AB

2

+BC

2

Hence, by converse of Pythagoras Theorem, the given triangle is a right triangle.

Answer

Find BC :-

Given :-

In ∆ABC

AB = 26cm

AC = 24cm

BC = ?

Pythagoras Theorem :-

AC² = AB² + BC²

BC² = AB² - AC²

BC² = (26)² - (24)²

BC² = 676 - 576

BC² = 100

BC = √100

BC = 10cm

All the best :)
