In triangle ABC, AD bisects angle BAC and AD = DC if angle angle BDA=70.Draw a diagram and calculate the angle ACD and angle ABD.​

Answer:

In that triangle AD = DC

that means angle DAC =angle DCA=x

Given angle ADB=70°

then angle ADC = 180°-70°=110°(linear pair)

(Linear pair means sum of two angles =180°

Now, we have to find angle ACD

we know that,

sum of all angles in a triangle = 180°

In triangle ACD,

angle ADC+angle DCA+ angle DAC =180°

110°+x+x=180°

110°+2x= 180°
