in triangle ABC, AD is the bisector of angle BAC B-D-C if AB=6cm AC=9cm and BD=4cm, what is the length of DC?

Angle BAC is bisected by seg AD.
Such that B-D-C.....................1
There fore, BD =DC ..................from 1
Hence, BD =4cm
therefore, DC=4cm.
