Answer:

BC = 4\sqrt{3}

(Please mark as Brainliest)

Step-by-step explanation:

cos(A) = Adj/Hyp

cos(x) = 12/\sqrt{AB^{2} +BC^{2} }

sin(C) = Opp/Hyp

sin(2x) = 12/\sqrt{AB^{2} +BC^{2} }

Now, sin(2x) = cos(x)

=> cos(90-2x) = cos(x)

=> 90-2x =x

=> 90 = 3x

=> x=30

Now, tan(x) = BC/AB

=> tan(30) = BC/12

=> BC= 12/\sqrt[]{3}

=> BC = 4\sqrt{3}
