Answer is 40.
Area = 1/2×base ×height
60=1/2× (2x +1)(x+1)
Solving this you will get equation
2x^2+3x-119=0
so x=7.
Putting 'x 'and applying Pythagoras theorem
you will get sides as : 15cm, 8cm and 17cm
SO PERIMETER=15+8+17= 40.
