Answer:

Given :-

A ∆ABC where angle B = 90°

, BC = 5 cm and AC - AB = 1

AC - AB = ----> (1)

Now applying Pythagoras theorem we get,

AB² + BC² = AC²

BC²= AC²- AB²

(BC)²= (AC-AB) (AC+AB)

(5)²= 1× (AC+AB)

25 = AC + AB ----->(2)

Now adding equation (1) and (2) we get,

2AC = 26

or, AC = 13 cm

So,

SinnC = 12/13 and CosC = 5/13

{ Since, Sin = P/H and Cos = B/H}

Now,

1+SinC/1+CosC =>

= {1+(12/13)}/1+(5/13)}

= (25/13)/(18/13)

= 25/18 Answer!!!
