in triangle abc ,d and e are the mid points of sides AB and AC . if AB=AC,prove that triangle BDE is congruent with triangle CDE.​

AB=AC(GIVEN)

1/2AB=1/2AC

DB=EC(AS D IS THE MID POINT OF AB AND E IS THE MID POINT OF CD)

DE=DE (COMMON)

AS D AND E ARE THE MID POINTS OF AB AND CD THEN DE IS PARALLEL TO BC.

THEN BDEC IS A TRAPEZIUM AND

ANGLE BDE = ANGLE CED

SO BY SAS CONGRUENCE RULE

TRIANGLE BDE IS CONGRUENT TO TRIANGLE CDE....

HENCE PROVED
