as we know de||bc and ab has mid point d so by converse of mid point theorm we can say e is mid point of ac ....
and ae=ac=4cm
we have perimeter 27 =ab +bc +ac
=9+8+bc=27
BC=10cm
de is half of bc by mid point theorm so
de =bc/2=10/2=5cm
