In triangle abc,if ab=ac and angle a=70,find angle b and anglec

in an isosceles triangle abc,

if ab=ac,then angle C= angle B(angles opposite to equal sides are equal)

let angle C and angle B be'x'

then,

angle A + angle B + angle C = 180°[angle sum property of a triangle ]

=»70°+x+ x=180°

70°+2x=180°

2x=180°-70°

2x=110°

x=110÷2

x=55°

therefore, angle b=55° and angle c=55°
