It's really easy.. You can add both of them to get 80°.. Then you can subtract them from 180° to get 100° as result...

Here we did subtraction using Angle Sum property of a triangle...

But if you are asking about angle c,
You must use the angle dum property of a triangle.
It states that the sum of the three angles in a triangle is 180 degrees.

So,
Angle c = 180 degrees - (angle A + angle B)
= 180 - (16+64)
= 180 - 80
= 100 degrees.
