Given :  AC+AB =9cm and BC = 3cm.

To find :cot C, Cosec C

Explanation:

In triangle ABC

using the Pythagoras theorem

AC² = AB² + BC²

let AB = c

(9-c)² = c² + 3²

81 -18c+c² = c² + 9

18c = 72

c = 4

then

AB = 4 cm , BC = 3 cm and AC = 9-4 = 5 cm

thus

\cot C = \frac{B}{P}=\frac{3}{4}\\\\\csc C = \frac{H}{P}=\frac{5}{4}
