AC^{2}=AB^{2} +BC^{2} \

BC^{2} =AC^{2} -AB^{2}

BC^{2} =AC^{2} -AB^{2}

BC=\sqrt{256}

           =16 cm

PQ=1/2*16         (MIDPOINT THEOREM)

     =8 cm
