Heya user,

In a triangle, 
∠A + ∠B + ∠C = 180°
=> ∠A + ∠B = 180° - ∠C

Now, sin B / sin ( A + B ) = sin B / sin ( 180 - C ) = sin B / sin C

By sine rule, b / sin B = c / sin C => sin B / sin C = b / c;
