In ΔADB & ΔADC, 
(i) ∠BAD=∠CAD(∵AD is the angular bisector of ∠A)
(ii) AD is the common side
(iii) ∠ADB=∠ADC (Given, AD is perpendicular on BC)
∴ ΔADB is congruent to ΔADC
∴AB=AC
∴ΔABC is an isoscales triangle.
