In triangle DEW AB||EW IF AD=6cm DE =18cm and DW: 36cm, then DB=?

Answer:

in triangle DEW ,

AD= 6 cm (given)

DE=18cm (given)

so, AE = (18 - 6)cm = 12cm

also By triangle proportionality theorem:-

AD÷DE = DB÷DW

so, 6÷12= DB÷36

therefore, DB = 18cm
