Answer:

Sin Q = 7/25.

i have just used the given information to find a relation between the unknown two sides of the triangle so that i can find the hypotenuse for the sinQ expression. and applied pythagoras theorm to find it.(i made relation just from X because i had only 1 equation which is pythagoras theorm and 1 equation will only find one variable so i converted the sides into one variable)

In \triangle OPQ, we have

OQ²= OP²+PQ²

(1+PQ)²=OP²+PQ²

1+PQ²+2PQ = OP²+PQ²

1+2PQ =7²

PQ = 24 cm

OQ= 1+25 cm

sinQ =\bf  \frac {7}{25}  \\ \\ cos Q =\frac {24}{25}
