Answer:

angle pqs = 40°

angle psq = 90° ( median of an isosceles triangle is perpendicular on qr )

angle q + angle qps + angle psq = 180°

40°+ angle qps + 90° = 189°

angle qps = 180° -40°-90°

angle qps = 50°
