Rate of heat flow from higher temperature to lower temperature.  Rate of heat of transfer  between two hot or cold body depends upon the temperature difference between them. That mean higher the difference higher will be heat transfer rate from hotter to colder body.

In Beaker A Temperature difference is 20C But Beaker B is placed in open area so it wil cool down itself in 5 minute and when we add water the temperature difference would be less than 20C .

Beaker A will cool down itself rather than Beaker B because of higher temperature difference. So temperature of B will be greater than A.
