The interior angles on the same side of the transversal are supplementary that is there sum is 180 degree.
let the two angles be 2x and 3x
According to the question.
2x + 3x = 180
5x = 180
x = 36
larger angle = 3 × 36 = 108 degree.

Hope it helps you.

108 degrees is the answer
Because the angles are on the same side of the transversal, they are supplementary.
Considering angles 2x and 3x, we get
3x +2x=180 degrees
So the larger angle, i.e. 3x=(180/5)(x)=108 degrees
