Israel (Palestine) is divided into states, two  of which are occupied by the Israelis. The West Bank and Gaza. As the Palestinian citizens of these two states are currently in war against the Israelis, it has crippled the formation of the entire country, causing the trade and contact between not only these two states but the entire country to be jeopardized.
