Answer:

frist we devide 27 litre into 2:7

syrup = 2*27/9=6 and water 7*27/9=21

and for second drink = 18 litre

syrup = 1*18/6= 3 and water 5*18/6=15

now total syrup = 6+3= 9

total water = 21+15 = 36

so syrup: water = 9:36

1:4 answer
