in urban areas all facilities are available.
some farmers depend on monsoon , them the rain will no come they get so many loss.
in urban areas areas this will not happen.
in urban areas so many are rich people.

Answer: in urban areas the growth rate is higher than the rural areas as there are more resource facilities and more factories making more job opportunities which makes people move to the urban areas which increases the growth rate of the urban areas making it higher than the rural areas.
