In water molecule the oxygen atom is sp3 hybridized .But water molecule has no tetrahedral geometry .Explain

In H2O. oxygen is the central atom and oxygen has 6 Valence electrons. 2 hydrogen atom forming two bonded pairs and rest 2 pair electron remain as lone pair. Thus oxygen is surrounded by 4 pairs of electrons and it adopt tetrahedral arrangement but due to the presence of lone pair it exist in bent shape
