Car fires burn Magnesium, so when this happens, water actually worsens the situation as it turns into Hydrogen gas and Oxygen, essentially, rocket fuel. So don't burn metals and add water. Also, A large amount of burning wood explodes when water is added. Not very convenient.

Answer: oil fire and electric fire

Explanation: if one tries to put off electric fire with water he will get a shock and all in vain

Oil has low density than water so the fire would not  extinguish
