Explanation:

Well india is bit tricky question, because its proximity to Persia, which was the most advanced civilization of the era

India were highly advanced with its own technology, theology, philosophy. And at that time. India had iron age, early, and it was one of the distinguished producer of iron.

Wootz steel was the finest steel of the ancient, and it was very material used for damascus sword and other famous sword of the ancient time.

China too was advanced, and had limited trade with Persia

It was Spring and Autumn ~ Warring State period of China, and it was actually one the period that Chinese culture flourished. And they were highly advanced in their own right. Technologically though, Persian likely had edge during that time. But lot of study and treaty were written in China during this era, many of them still yield considerable influence across globe.

So, you really can not say Greek was advanced compared to those.

Greek however enjoyed great advantage in one of the area, which was military technology, and by the time of Alexander the Great, its advantage became good enough to over take Persian Empire militarily
