In what forms do nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium exist in NPK fertilizer? plz fast

Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in NPK Fertilizers share a certain ratio depending on the percentage composition of each of the elements in the fertilizer produced. For example, an NPK 15 15 15 fertilizer has a 15% nitrogen in the fertilizer's make up, 15% potassium and 15% phosphorus in the fertilizer.

So generally, the ratios just depicts their percentage composition in the fertilizer.
