In the experiment to show that Carbondioxide os necessary for photosynthesis,
The leaf which is plucked from the plant which is not in contact with Carbondioxide gas give negative result when we drop iodine solution in it by not changing the colour into blue-black colour.
In the other hand the leaf which is plucked from the plant which receives Carbondioxide gas, give positive result when we drop iodine solution in it by changing the colour into blue-black.
