coordinate of a point on x axis are ( x ,0)
0=-5+7 k
k=5/7
ratio is 5:7
y=(-4×7-5×1)/(5+7) = -33/12 = -11/4
point =(-11/4,0)
coordinate of a point on x axis are ( x ,0)
0=-5+7 k
k=5/7
ratio is 5:7
y=(-4×7-5×1)/(5+7) = -33/12 = -11/4
point =(-11/4,0)
