Good question,

Here is your perfect answer!

Let ratio be x:1.

Coordinates of division will be,

[(5x+2)/x+1 , (6x-3)/x+1]

Point is on x axis, so y coordinate point = 0

=) 6x-3/x+1 = 0

=) (6x-3) = 0

=) 6x = 3

=) x = 3/6

=) x = 1/2.
