in what ratio does the x axis divides the join of (4,5) and (-3,-2)​

Explanation-

Given-(x1,y1)=(4,5) and (x2,y2)=(-3,-2)

let the coordinates of join be (x,0)

and ratio be m:n

if,

y=(my2+ny1)/(m+n)

then,

0= (-2m+5n)/(m+n)

0= -2m+5n

2m=5n

m/n=5/2

m:n=5:2

Hence,the answer is 5:2
