In what respect is the criterion used by the UNDP for measuring development different from the one used by the world bank?

The criteria used by the world Bank is average income whereas UNDP besides using average income also uses criteria like life expectancy, literacy rate, net attendance ratio, etc

As the world bank uses per capita income to measure the development.That is why nowadays UNDP changed the criteria and adopted the human development index and this human development index is prepared on the basis of these ctriterias:
1-Education facilities
2-Health facilities
3-Living standard
4-Real per capita income
