1)UNDP looks after literacy rate of people.
2)It looks after human development index.
3)It looks after health facility infant mortality rate etc.

whereas world bank looks after average income of the country .
those countries with average income less than 1035 dollars are said to be poor countries.
and those countries with average income more than 12616 dollars are said to be rich countries .
