Bacterias are thallophytes which don't have body differentiated, no vascular tissues and no body cavity. They are unicellular. Thus, bacteria is simple organisms.

bacteria are simple unicellular organisms as they  dont have any special system to carry out their life processes hence they are called as simple organisms
