In what respects is the criterion used by the UNDP for measuring development different from the one used by the World bank?

The world bank uses only one criterion, the per capita income. But the UNDP uses many criteria which includes per capita income, health status (meaning life expectancy at birth) and education ( which includes literacy rate and gross enrollment ratio in schools).
