Most villages in India are not yet modern because they don't have proper planning and government is not recognizing such kind of areas. and most of the villages are slum areas and they occupy unrecognized land and government is not taking any developmental activities regarding villages

Answer:

Most villages in India are not yet modern because they lack of opportunities to improvement.

A village that is not advanced will: -have no electricity — no television, music players, no mobile phones, no internet — villagers operate on farms and earn their living by working on their farm — they eat less, just enough to survive.

In many villages, traditionalism and the most of the peoples don’t want to change their life styles and some of them are resisted to any change behind the bars of backwardness.
