Answer:

2 years

Step-by-step explanation:

P = 1200

R = 6%

A = 1344

SI = 1344 - 1200

= 144

now

T = (SI x 100) / PR

= (144 x 100) / ( 1200 x 6)

= 12/6

= 2 years

\huge{\sf{\underline{\orange{Given:-}}}}

Principle (p) = Rs 1200

Amount (A) = 1344

Rate (r) = 6%

At what time will Rs 1200 amount to Rs 1344 at rate of 6% per annum

\huge{\sf{\underline{\orange{Answer:-}}}}

Let the time be t

First Find the Simple Interest (S.I) :-

\huge{\sf{\orange{S.I = A - P}}}

=>\huge\sf{ Rs (1344 - 1200)}

=> \huge\sf{Rs 144}

\huge{\sf{\underline{\orange{Now,}}}}

Find the time :-

We know the formula =>

\huge{\sf{\orange{S.I = \dfrac{p×r×t}{100}}}}

\huge{\sf{\underline{\orange{ATQ}}}}

=> \huge\sf{144 = \dfrac{(1200 × 6 × t)}{100}}

=>\huge\sf{ 144 × 100 = 7200t}

=>\huge\sf{ 7200t = 14400}

=>\huge\sf{ t = \dfrac{14400}{7200} = 2}

Hence,

The time is 2 years
