 \sf \red to \:  \sf \red  find :

In what time will Rs. 900 amount to Rs.1080 at 4% per annum simple interest?

 \rm \pink{ principal = Rs. 900}

We ,know that it will amount to Rs.1080.

since, simple Interest=Amount-principal

 \implies1080 - 900 =  \red{180}

 \sf \: S.I = Rs.180

Rate of interest:4% per annum

  \sf \color{lime} \:we \: knew \: simple \: interest = \\ \sf   \frac{P×R×T}{100}

 \rm \blue{180 =  \frac{900 \times 4 \times T}{100} }

 =  \sf36T

 \sf36T = 180

36×5=180

 \tt \: T=5

So in 5 years the sum of Rs. 900 will amount to Rs. 1080.

To find :

In what time will Rs. 900 amount to Rs.1080 at 4% per annum simple interest?

principal = Rs.900

We ,know that it will amount to Rs.1080.

since, simple Interest=Amount-principal

⟹ 1080 − 900 = 180

S.I = Rs.180

Rate of interest:4% per annum

we knew simple interest

 \frac{p \times r \times t}{100}

180= \:  \frac{900 \times 4  \times \: t }{100}

=36T

\sf36T = 18036T=180

36×5=180

\tt \: T=5T=5

So in 5 years the sum of Rs. 900 will amount to

Rs. 1080.
