in what time will the sum of money to three times itself at the rate of 15% per annum

assume that u have 100 rs
3 times of 100 is 300rs
and 15% of 100 is 100×15÷100 =15rs per anum
years = 300 ÷ 15 = 20 years

now according to this concept try to solve the question
suppose u have deposited money be X
3times of X = 3X
intrest you get = X * 15 / 100
no . of years =( 3X * 100)/( X * 15)
= 20 years
