In what way are public health services better or worse than private health services

in my words the public health services are better.because,in India there are some poor people,who don't have more money.that people will go to public health services only.the poor will depend on that services.but they never go to private health services. and the public health services will not take more money than the private health services. they checkup the poor people freely.
