(1.) they give advance loans to weaver due to which they have to give all weaved textile to British to pay back loan.

(2.) after this they appointed gomasthas who took all textile and collect them and if there would be delay in service by weavers he would come with sepoys and beat them .

(3.) since loan were taken by weavers they could not sell it to another and also were unable to bargain with them .
