At the end of the 18th century, the industrial revolution took the society by storm. The 80 per cent of the population was working in industries.
All the employers were ruling over employees with poor work condition, more working hours and minimal salaries.
The condition of the society was also not good since they were assaulted to work in poor and challenging conditions.
However, slowly things started to change with the implementation of machines.
