here through the poem ,she had connected the twinkling of bangles to bride's laughter and tears.
according to her, the sound produced when two bangles interact with each other is as pleasing as a laughter of a bride and it's twinkling is just as the same way the twinkle of her (bride's) tears.

Sarojini naidu described that the yellow bangles which are like the fields of corn are suitable for a bride on her bridal morning . And the bangles which are flame coloured red are symbolic of the bride's passion and desire and the sacrcity of her marriage . The tinkling sound of these bangles reminds us of the sound of the new bride's laughter as it is a new beginning of her life and at the same time speaks of her tears suggesting of the sadness as she leaves her childhood home for her husband .
