The disease left her blind and deaf. But in the spring of 1887, a special teacher came to work with Helen. The progress they made together came to be known as Helen Keller's “miracle.” Helen Keller grew up in Tuscumbia, Alabama.

Hey mate here's your answer.....
Helen Keller was attacked by a disease that took her sense of hearing and her sight. But she fighted her disabilities and became the first blind deaf to earn a bachelor's of arts degree. Helen's teacher Anne Sullivan had supported her in her every walk of life and hence a miracle was made.
Hope it helps ☺️
