iswarn was mahendras cook. he was attached to him and followed him wherever he was posted. he cooked his meal, washed his clothes and chatted with him at night. so, he was an asset to mahendra.

Ishwaran followed Mahendra wherever he went uncomplainingly. He did various chores for him like cooking, washing his clothes etc. Most importantly, Ishwaran chatted away with his master at night. He could produce and prepare delicious meals even in a desolate place.
