The basic object of the Right to Information Act is to empower thecitizens, promote transparency and accountability in the working of the Government and make our democracywork for the people in real sense. Ithelps to make the government more accountable to the governed (citizens).

RTI or right to information. helps people to get informed about the the agencies and services provided by govt. .. the citizen has the right to check the functioning of the govt and its services and can even suggest a change if required...
