The ways in which I would appreciate all the women who are being subjected to oppression today-:

• The women who face oppression suffer through harsh and violent treatment either in mental or physical form and sadly even in today's time patriarchy prevails and the struggle of women to attain equality is a long walk and a far-fetched dream to achieve.
• I would appreciate their efforts be they small unnoticeable ones or their big sacrifices like for example leaving their jobs to take care of their toddler. I would tell them that they are worthy and capable of achieving their goals and make them realise their own importance.
• They suffer miseries and torture just because they might take a stand for themselves and I would appreciate them for having the courage and standing up for themselves when all their efforts go in vain all I would do is highlight their contributions.
• They are suffering harsh treatment that they do not deserve at all and I would appreciate them as an individual entity who is responsible, powerful, hardworking, beautiful, courageous and self-worthy and do not need to suffer for any vague wrongdoings that they are not responsible for.
• They deserve happiness and I would appreciate them for being selfless but also make them realise that sometimes being there for oneself and getting out of toxicity is equally important.
