the mutation occurs when chromosomes are defected by an harfull radiation ,alpha,beta,gama etc . the cause break in chromosome .

there are certain syndromes were product of this .

also from parential generation some mutation are there.

Answer: A way that a mutation could occur is when harmfull raditation cause a break in the chromosomes. Some of the harmfull radiation are alpha, beta, and gamma radiation. When the radiation breaks into the cell Certain syndromes are a product of this.
